Job Requirements
- Must be able to speak and read English
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service
- Take and accurately enter food and beverage orders
- Deliver orders promptly and ensure guest satisfaction
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service flow
- Manage guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
- Participate in tip pool distribution and adhere to company policies
