Job Duties
- Provide friendly and responsive service to guests
- Make guests feel welcome and comfortable
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
- Handle guests questions and complaints with poise and grace
- Present guests their check, accept payment, and process credit card or cash
- Become knowledgeable of menu items, special events, and diner merchandise
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth diner operations
