Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- One year or more of serving or related experience in a full service restaurant
- Current food handler’s card
- Alcohol service certification as required by federal state local law
- Minimum age for preparing and serving alcoholic beverages
- Willingness to perform other duties as required to support the business

Job Duties
- Greet all guests with a friendly smile demonstrating genuine hospitality
- Deliver exceptional services by providing knowledge of all food and beverage menus including ingredients preparation methods and presentation
- Practice proper cash handling and proper operation of the point-of-sale system and hospitality standards
- Maintain a clean and sanitary environment for all team members and guests
- Support your crew by working together to achieve goals and create an environment of aloha fun
- Share knowledge on each season's scratch cuisine and handcrafted cocktails
- Assist with other duties as required to support the business
