Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in food service or hospitality
Ability to communicate effectively
Strong customer service skills
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Must be able to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a server or customer service role preferred
Strong knowledge of food and beverage menus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with POS systems, especially Toast POS
Team player with a positive attitude

Job Duties

Welcome every guest as if they chose you specifically tonight
Know the menu inside and out including ingredients, allergens, chef's specials
Guide guests through their full dining experience from drinks, appetizers, entrees, dessert to check
Communicate clearly with kitchen, expo station, and support team
Handle modifications, special requests, and complaints with grace and ownership
Process payments accurately through Toast POS
Keep your section clean, stocked, and guest-ready at all times
Collaborate with bussers, runners, and hosts as one unified team
