Job Requirements

ability to stand and walk for extended periods
capability to lift and carry heavy trays or bags (up to 25 lbs)
must be able to navigate a busy restaurant and handle various tasks simultaneously

Job Qualifications

previous experience as a server in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
excellent interpersonal and communication skills
ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing outstanding service
basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

greet and seat guests promptly with a warm and friendly demeanor
present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions about menu items
take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring guest preferences are noted
communicate orders to the kitchen and receive food for service
serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring accurate presentations and garnishes
check in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any needs promptly
process payments accurately and handle cash or credit transactions in accordance with restaurant policies
