Job Requirements

  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods

  • must be able to navigate a busy restaurant and handle various tasks simultaneously

Job Qualifications

  • previous experience as a server in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties

  • greet and seat guests promptly with a warm and friendly demeanor
  • present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions about menu items
  • take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring guest preferences are noted
  • communicate orders to the kitchen and receive food for service
  • serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring accurate presentations and garnishes
  • check in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any needs promptly
  • process payments accurately and handle cash or credit transactions in accordance with restaurant policies
