Job Requirements
- Sanitation certified
- Certified bartender
- TiPS training
- Minimum 2 years experience in hospitality table service at mid- to high-volume steakhouse or fine dining operation
- Previous experience in fine dining or casino food and beverage steakhouse preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
- Ability to calculate figures, amounts, discounts, and percentages
- Ability to apply commonsense understanding to written or oral instructions
- Ability to manage multiple variables in problem solving
- Ability to obtain appropriate work authorization per local, state, federal, and gaming regulations

Job Duties
- Attend daily pre-shift meetings to understand specials and guest requests
- Ascertain guests' agenda and recommend appetizer, dinner, and wine selections
- Check section for cleanliness and spotless tabletop glass and silverware
- Use POS system to accurately record food and beverage consumption
- Deliver ordered items accurately to guests
- Assist colleagues in food and beverage delivery
- Attend required quality and training classes from HR or Training Department
- Anticipate guests' needs at all times
- Attend scheduled meetings by Outlet Manager
- Provide harmonious working environment sensitive to employee and guest needs
- Interact professionally with employees and guests to solicit feedback on service
- Ensure outlet is maintained and clean during all operating periods
