Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Relevant experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods

- Ability to work well under pressure

Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist with seating arrangements
- Take and accurately enter food and drink orders into the POS system
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Respond promptly and courteously to customer requests and inquiries
- Handle payment transactions and process bills efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and serving stations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service flow
