Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years old
  • able to communicate effectively with others
  • capable of standing and moving for long periods up to four hours
  • able to lift and carry items up to 25 pounds
  • willing to wear protective hand coverings and face masks throughout shifts
  • able to frequently wash hands with disinfectant soap
  • committed to customer service excellence

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in restaurant or customer service roles is an asset
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
  • basic math skills to handle transactions
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Duties

  • greet and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • make menu recommendations and answer guest questions
  • anticipate and address guest needs promptly
  • maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas
  • handle customer payments and transactions accurately
  • follow health and safety protocols including use of protective equipment
  • collaborate effectively with kitchen and dining room staff
