Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- able to communicate effectively with others
- capable of standing and moving for long periods up to four hours
- able to lift and carry items up to 25 pounds
- willing to wear protective hand coverings and face masks throughout shifts
- able to frequently wash hands with disinfectant soap
- committed to customer service excellence
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in restaurant or customer service roles is an asset
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- basic math skills to handle transactions
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Job Duties
- greet and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner
- make menu recommendations and answer guest questions
- anticipate and address guest needs promptly
- maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas
- handle customer payments and transactions accurately
- follow health and safety protocols including use of protective equipment
- collaborate effectively with kitchen and dining room staff
