Job Requirements
- must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the united states
- ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- capacity to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
- ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in customer service or food service preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work effectively in a team environment
- strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- basic knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus
Job Duties
- welcome customers and greet them with a smile when seated
- suggest sales of beverages, appetizers, and desserts
- accurately take food and drink orders and enter them correctly in the POS system
- collect and deliver food orders in a timely manner
- ensure customers are well taken care of, offer refills, and remove any unused items
- present and settle the bill promptly, thank customers, and invite them to return
- follow all food safety regulations
