Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or food service preferred
  • Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Good physical stamina to stand and move for extended periods
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
  • Basic math skills for handling payments
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Job Duties

  • Master our menu of creative American cuisine and beverage program and confidently offer recommendations that will delight our guests
  • Manage a fast-paced station with a keen eye for detail ensuring accurate orders and timely service
  • Collaborate seamlessly with the kitchen and bar to deliver dishes and drinks that meet high standards for quality and presentation
  • Proactively check in with guests listening to their feedback and addressing any needs with a positive can-do attitude
  • Handle guest payments efficiently and accurately
  • Work as a team to keep the dining room pristine and organized
  • Uphold the highest standards of food safety and sanitation
