Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Basic math skills for handling payments and tips
- Must have reliable transportation to the Framingham location
- Ability to maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at all times
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong team player with a positive attitude
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest service
Job Duties
- Greet and attend to guests in a friendly and attentive manner
- Take orders and provide menu recommendations
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
- Work alongside the robot server Kura Bot to enhance guest experience
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service
