Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • physical stamina to stand and move for long shifts
  • ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently
  • willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
  • ability to wear protective hand coverings and face masks as required
  • ability to follow health and safety protocols consistently

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in customer service or food service preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • basic math skills for handling transactions

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests warmly
  • make menu recommendations based on guest preferences
  • anticipate and respond to guest needs promptly
  • deliver food and beverages efficiently and accurately
  • ensure cleanliness and organization of dining areas
  • handle cash and process payments correctly
  • comply with health, safety, and sanitation standards
