Job Description

Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to communicate effectively with others
- able to exert mobility for periods up to four hours
- capable of lifting up to 25 pounds safely
- able to wear protective hand coverings and face masks during shift
- able to frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap
- willing to comply with health and safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- minimum age of 18 years
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- basic math skills for handling payments
- commitment to providing excellent guest service
Job Duties
- greet and welcome guests warmly
- provide menu recommendations and answer guest inquiries
- take accurate orders and deliver food and beverages promptly
- anticipate and respond to guest needs efficiently
- maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- handle guest payments and tips responsibly
- collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations
