Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must obtain and maintain state-mandated beverage service certification where applicable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous serving or hospitality experience is an advantage
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented, fast-paced setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for food and customer service
- Knowledge of safe food handling and allergen awareness
- State-mandated beverage service certification where applicable
Job Duties
- Serve guests in a fast-paced environment with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Practice safe food handling procedures with awareness of food allergens
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system quickly and accurately
- Uphold cash handling procedures in compliance with company policies
- Maintain knowledge of new and existing programs to support company goals
- Provide exceptional hospitality by adhering to CPK’s High 5 service standards
- Obtain and maintain state-mandated beverage service certification where applicable
