Job Qualifications

- previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred
- strong communication and customer service skills
- knowledge of food and beverage menus, especially beer varieties, is a plus

- basic math skills for handling payments
Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
- take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system
- serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanor
- provide knowledgeable recommendations about the menu and beer selection
- ensure that dining areas are clean and sanitary following health standards
- handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- process payments and handle cash and credit transactions securely
