Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and genuinely
- treat every guest as a guest in your own home
- accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the system in a timely fashion
- process cash, gift card, and credit transactions
- memorize food and beverage menus and make recommendations to guests
- explain and describe menu items and preparation methods
- promptly deliver beverages and food items to guests
- provide attentive service by refilling drinks and checking in during meals
- promptly address guest service issues and refer to leader when necessary
- maintain top quality assurance and guest service standards
- maintain a clean and sanitary dining area
- maintain backup supplies
- comply with health regulations
- maintain regular cleaning standards and sanitation levels
- work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- retain self-composure under pressure
- possess a sense of urgency and timing
- follow instructions
