Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer service role preferably in the food service industry
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer service role preferably in the food service industry
  • experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • certification in food handling or alcohol service

Job Duties

  • Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
  • serve food and drinks to customers ensuring their satisfaction throughout the meal
  • handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during their dining experience
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations
