- ability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
- excellent communication skills
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods

- Demonstrating strong knowledge of quality menu items

- providing friendly, well-paced and attentive service

- maintaining teamwork and collaboration with kitchen and service staff
- ensuring cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- handling guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly
