Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- physical stamina to perform duties including standing and walking for long periods
- willingness to adhere to company safety and sanitation policies

Job Duties

- handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure guest satisfaction
- assist in training new team members
