Job Description

Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Capability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently
- Willingness to comply with health and safety guidelines including wearing protective equipment
- Ability to work flexible shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or food service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Basic math skills for processing payments
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately
- Make menu recommendations and answer guests' questions
- Ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating and fulfilling their needs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Handle guest payments and process transactions
- Adhere to all health and safety protocols during shifts
