Job Requirements

Able to perform or able to learn to perform the essential functions of the position at an acceptable pace
Sufficient physical condition to perform duties involving lifting completed menu items, bending and stooping, standing and walking majority of the time
Visual ability to perform essential functions
Ability to communicate with supervisors, co-workers, and customers
Physically able to work under high temperature conditions near ovens
Self-control to work under stress and interact effectively
Mental alertness to work independently and perform consistently

Job Qualifications

Able to perform or learn essential job functions at an acceptable pace
Sufficient physical stamina to perform job duties, including lifting, bending, standing, and walking
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work effectively under stress and independently
Previous experience in food service is an advantage but not mandatory
Basic proficiency with Point of Sale systems and cash handling preferred

Job Duties

Clean and prepare dining room sections ensuring tables, booths, and chairs are clean
Greet and seat customers promptly within 30 seconds of arrival
Take orders accurately and suggest menu items and specials
Enter orders into the Point of Sale system and deliver food and beverages timely
Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction and offer additional items
Assist with answering phone calls and managing carryout and delivery orders
Perform cleaning, restocking, and closing tasks at the end of shifts as assigned by management
