Job Description

Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Commitment to making a positive impact
  • Ability to stand and move for up to four hours
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
  • Willingness to follow health and safety protocols including wearing protective gear
  • Ability to frequently wash hands and maintain hygiene throughout shift

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a customer service or server role preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math skills for handling payments
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

  • Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner
  • Make recommendations and anticipate guest needs
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders
  • Serve food and beverages promptly
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
