Job Requirements
- Must meet the minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Capacity to stand for shifts lasting between 8 to 12 hours
- Ability to work collaboratively with attention to detail and multitasking abilities
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or as a server preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety practices
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting
Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and welcome them to their seats with a smile
- Suggest drinks, appetizers, and desserts to enhance the dining experience
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
- Promptly pick up and deliver food orders to customers
- Ensure customers are well attended to by offering refills and clearing unused items
- Deliver and settle the bill in a timely manner, thanking customers and inviting them to return
- Follow all food safety regulations
