Job Requirements

Must meet the minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
Ability to bend, reach, squat and safely lift up to 30 pounds
Capability to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
Ability to work effectively in a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in a customer service or restaurant server role preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and remain attentive in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of food safety standards
Friendly disposition and team-oriented mindset

Job Duties

Welcome guests and greet them with a smile when seated
Suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
Accurately take food and drink orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
Promptly collect and deliver food orders
Ensure guests are well attended to, offer drink refills and remove items not in use
Deliver and settle the bill promptly, thank guests and invite them to return
Follow all food safety regulations
