Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to exert well-paced mobility for up to four hours
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds safely
- Ability to comply with wearing protective hand and face coverings during shifts
- Familiarity with disinfectant cleaning procedures
- Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively
- Commitment to providing excellent guest service
Job Qualifications
- Ability to effectively communicate with guests and team members
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling payments
- Ability to multitask and prioritize duties during busy periods

Job Duties
- Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Make menu recommendations and answer guest questions
- Take accurate food and beverage orders
- Deliver food and drinks promptly and check on guest satisfaction
- Handle guest payments and operate the point-of-sale system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Follow health and safety protocols including wearing protective equipment and frequent hand washing
