Job Requirements

Applicants must be 18 years or older for standard hiring consideration
Applicants ages 16-17 may be considered through a separate youth hiring and interview process in compliance with labor regulations

Job Qualifications

Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Must be able to stand/walk for long periods of time and carry trays up to 25 lbs
Team-oriented attitude with a passion for people and hospitality

Job Duties

Greet guests promptly and warmly, making them feel welcome
Maintain in-depth knowledge of menu items and specials to answer guest questions and make recommendations
Monitor guest satisfaction, anticipate needs, and resolve concerns quickly and professionally
Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, server stations, and dining areas
Assist team members as needed to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and service standards
