Job Duties
- Provide attentive, personalized service in accordance with fine dining standards
- Greet members and guests professionally, present menus, and explain daily specials
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, and wine pairings
- Accurately take and input guest orders into the POS system
- Execute proper fine dining service techniques, including coursing, wine service, and table maintenance
- Anticipate guest needs and provide seamless service throughout the dining experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned tables and service stations
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management to ensure proper timing and accuracy
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism and discretion
- Complete opening and closing duties as assigned
