Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Provide attentive, personalized service in accordance with fine dining standards
  • Greet members and guests professionally, present menus, and explain daily specials
  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, and wine pairings
  • Accurately take and input guest orders into the POS system
  • Execute proper fine dining service techniques, including coursing, wine service, and table maintenance
  • Anticipate guest needs and provide seamless service throughout the dining experience
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned tables and service stations
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management to ensure proper timing and accuracy
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism and discretion
  • Complete opening and closing duties as assigned
