Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Physical capability to lift up to 25 pounds and be mobile for extended periods
- Willingness to comply with health and safety protocols including wearing face coverings and frequent hand washing
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
- Eligibility to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
Job Duties
- Greet and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Make menu recommendations and answer guest questions
- Anticipate and fulfill guest needs throughout their dining experience
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and dining room staff
- Handle payments and process transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the dining area
- Follow health and safety protocols including wearing protective equipment and frequent hand washing
