Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a server or in a related customer service role
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests promptly and warmly
- Present menus and provide detailed information on specials and menu items
- Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the system
- Suggest menu items and pairings to enhance the guest experience
- Deliver orders to tables efficiently and check back to ensure satisfaction
- Handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally and promptly
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure swift service
