Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to stand and move quickly for up to four hours at a time
- Good sense of balance
- Ability to bend and kneel
- Ability to lift and bus pans and trays frequently weighing 25 pounds
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a restaurant server, waiter, waitress, wait staff, or runner preferred but not required
- Ability to perform basic math, reading, writing, and verbal communication
- Ability to wipe down tabletops, table legs, floors, and booth seats
- Mobility required throughout the entire shift
- Ability to transport plates, glasses, and baskets multiple times per shift
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently
Job Duties
- Deliver food and drinks to guests using the team delivery system
- Greet guests, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food, drinks, and service
- Interact verbally with guests to create a friendly and upbeat atmosphere
- Relay orders to the service bar and kitchen via the point-of-sale system
- Observe guests and respond to additional requests
- Present guest checks and process payments correctly
- Participate in clearing and resetting dining room tables
