Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • Ability to effectively communicate with others
  • Commitment to making an impact
  • Ability to exert mobility for up to 4 hours
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds safely
  • Ability to wear protective hand coverings and face masks
  • Ability to work with disinfectant cleaning supplies
  • Ability to frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Friendly and outgoing personality
  • Basic math skills for handling payments
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends

Job Duties

  • Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service
  • Make menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly
  • Take orders accurately and relay them to kitchen staff
  • Serve food and beverages efficiently
  • Handle guest payments and ensure accuracy
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
