Job Requirements

  • Previous restaurant or serving experience preferred
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs as needed
  • Availability to work nights and weekends
  • Strong communication skills

  • Willingness to learn and adapt

Job Duties

  • Apply CHEERS at every table
  • Cheerful Prompt Greet guests promptly and set expectations
  • Prioritize the guest experience over tasks
  • Engage guests through conversation
  • Anticipate guest needs including refills and celebrations
  • Manage section flow and communicate with team
  • Close experience with gratitude and clear payment execution
  • Guide guests through the menu and highlight signature items
  • Make thoughtful recommendations and upsell
  • Identify first-time guests and adjust service accordingly
  • Communicate guest insights to teammates
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
  • Complete opening and closing duties accurately
