Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- capable of exerting well-paced mobility for up to 4 hours
- able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds safely
- willing to wear protective hand coverings and face masks throughout shifts
- able to perform frequent hand washing with disinfecting soap
- commitment to providing excellent guest service
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous customer service or hospitality experience beneficial
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- strong multitasking and organizational abilities
- friendly and positive attitude
Job Duties
- greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service
- make menu recommendations and answer guest questions
- anticipate and fulfill guest needs promptly
- safely transport plates, glasses, and baskets between dining room and kitchen
- maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- adhere to health and safety guidelines including wearing protective coverings and frequent hand washing
- communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operation
