Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- ability to operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle cash and credit transactions
- ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- TABC certification for serving alcohol
- Texas Food Handlers Certification
- ability to stand for prolonged periods, move at a rapid pace, bend, twist, and lift products weighing up to 35 pounds

- proficiency in using point of sale (POS) systems and other restaurant management software
- TABC certification for serving alcohol
- Texas Food Handlers Certification
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- provide information about the menu, specials, and make recommendations accordingly
- take accurate food and drink orders from guests, ensuring that special requests and dietary/allergy restrictions are communicated to the kitchen
- serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner
- ensure that orders are delivered accurately and meet the restaurant's quality standards
- monitor and attend to guests' needs throughout their meal
- refill drinks, clear empty plates, and ensure that tables are clean and organized
- present checks to guests, process payments, and handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- address and resolve any guest complaints or issues with professionalism and efficiency
- escalate any unresolved issues to management as needed
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the server station, dining area, and other workspaces
- ensure that all health and safety standards are followed
- assist with opening and closing duties and sidework as assigned
