Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Previous service experience strongly preferred but will train
- Must be eligible to work in the US
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous serving experience strongly preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive and friendly attitude
Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly and professionally
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them efficiently into the system
- Deliver orders to guests in a timely and courteous manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in during meals and addressing any issues
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and service areas
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Handle guest payments and process transactions accurately
