Job Description

Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- physical capability to stand and move for long periods
- ability to lift up to 25 pounds safely
- must be able to wear protective hand coverings and face masks
- availability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
- commitment to upholding company values and delivering excellent guest service
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous customer service or food service experience beneficial
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- team-oriented mindset
- basic math skills for handling transactions
- willingness to learn and follow company policies and procedures
Job Duties
- greet and seat guests with a friendly attitude
- make menu recommendations based on guest preferences
- anticipate and respond to guest needs promptly
- accurately take and deliver orders in a timely manner
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- collaborate effectively with kitchen and bar staff
- handle payment transactions and tips responsibly
