Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 16 years
- sophomore year of high school completed
- 1-3 years of relevant serving experience
- ability to obtain or hold a Food Handler's Card
- ability to work varied schedules including weekends and holidays
- physically able to stand and walk for extended periods
- strong communication skills
- customer service orientation
Job Qualifications
- Sophomore year of high school completed
- 1-3 years of serving experience in a country club, restaurant, or senior living community appreciated
- ability to obtain or have a Food Handler's Card
- excellent communication skills
- strong attention to detail
- friendly and courteous demeanor
- ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Exemplify community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization at all times
- adhere to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards
- maintain dining room appearance and presentation standards
- meet serving standards of speed, accuracy, and efficiency
- set tables and maintain workstations properly
- take orders and provide courteous service
- clear dishes and reset tables during and after meal service
- serve using proper etiquette and promote an inviting atmosphere
- ensure diets are served correctly per policy
- represent the community warmly and professionally
