Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous server experience in restaurant or hospitality industry preferred
- Ability to operate Aloha POS Micros POS or similar systems preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Basic cash handling skills

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive dining experience from the moment they arrive
- Take accurate food and drink orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems, ensuring all orders are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff
- Provide menu recommendations and upsell items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
- Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
- Monitor guest needs throughout their meal, ensuring timely service and addressing any concerns that may arise
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during busy periods, assisting with food preparation as needed
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change as necessary
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting them for new guests
- Uphold high standards of hospitality, ensuring every guest feels valued and appreciated
