Job Requirements

Must be 18 years of age to serve alcohol or as state regulations dictate
high school diploma or equivalent
strong organization and active listening skills
adheres to Logans Roadhouse appearance standards
strong interpersonal skills
teamwork driven
obtain all required local, state, and federal certifications required
have a passion for service and hospitality
exceptional time management skills
successful completion of hourly position validations including company-required training
operate Point-of-Sale system and make correct change

Job Duties

Display high energy while providing friendly, outgoing customer service to guests
develop a strong understanding of the menu to provide customized service or suggestive selling to guests
record guest orders and enter them in the Point-of-Sale system in a timely manner
perform money transactions, return accurate change, and close checks in Point-of-Sale system
serve multiple tables of guests simultaneously as determined by management
refill drinks and deliver food as soon as necessary or available via tray service
check guests’ identification and serve alcoholic drinks adhering to state and local regulations
partner with other team members to ensure guest satisfaction
memorize the menu and recommend appetizers, meals and drinks from restaurant menus
perform opening and closing side duties as assigned
other functions assigned by management such as prep desserts and salads, restock, check restrooms, empty bus tubs, refill ice, assist other front-of-house and back-of-house team members
