Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Must have proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English
- Must have a positive and energetic attitude
- Must be physically active and able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day
- Must be able to lift and move items up to 50 pounds
- Must be capable of assisting residents with mobility and after falls
- Must pass a criminal background check
Job Qualifications
- At least 16 years of age
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at an 8th-grade level
- Positive and energetic attitude towards residents
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds
- Ability to assist residents with mobility and fall recovery
- Criminal background clearance
Job Duties
- Greet residents and make them feel welcome
- Be present and engaging in the dining room
- Prepare tables, salads, and roll silverware for meal service
- Bus tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area
- Assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and fall recovery
- Foster a friendly and connecting environment for residents
- Ensure tidiness and orderliness in the dining space
