Job Requirements
- must be at least sixteen years of age
- ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout the shift
- ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds
- ability to assist residents after a fall
- criminal background clearance

- minimum 8th grade proficiency in reading, writing, and communication in English

Job Duties
- greet residents and make them feel welcome
- be present in the dining room to mingle and entertain
- prepare tables, salads, and roll silverware for meal service
- bus tables and maintain cleanliness by sweeping floors
- assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking
- assist persons after a fall
- foster an environment where residents can connect
