Job Requirements
- Must have some weekend availability/alternating
- Basset certification desired but not required
Job Qualifications
- Ability to read, write and speak English sufficient to perform job duties and to interact and communicate with patients and employees
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Knowledge of customer service best practices
- Experience in food and beverage service preferred
- Knowledge of POS systems preferred
Job Duties
- Serve beverages and alcohol in a safe, controlled atmosphere to residents and guests while maintaining any rules or regulations in accordance with liquor licenses
- Efficiently serve food and beverages to tables for restaurant style service
- Accurately provide information about the meal being presented, including offering suggestions and answering questions upon request
- Observe guests to fulfill any additional requests and perceive when meal has been completed by staying in assigned area and circulating throughout the Pub
- Clean and sanitize Pub storage, refrigeration, equipment, utensils, waste containers, etc. as assigned by manager on duty and/or in compliance with the cleaning list
- Properly use the P.O.S. system and efficiently charge guests at the end of each service
- Comply with applicable federal, state and local laws, rules, and regulations
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
- May require some outside travel
- During emergencies or natural disasters may be required to be on duty for the duration of the disaster
