Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in hospitality preferred
- Strong time management skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Capability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Positive attitude and teamwork skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- 1+ years customer service experience in the hospitality industry preferred
- Strong time management skills
- Customer service focused

- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekend and evening shifts

Job Duties
- Receives and records dining reservations via the telephone
- Ensures the proper setup of dining and service areas
- Politely request guests wait in waiting area if no table is available
- Ensures neatness and cleanliness of stations
- Maintains clean and organized tables and work area
- Presents menus and makes recommendations, learns all menus and specials
- Assists room service staff when needed
- Checks guests in and out of hotel suites
- Helps guests with luggage
- Serves breakfast to overnight guests
- Manages event related work including setting up tables and assisting in maintaining both exterior and interior of the restaurant
- Resolves guests' concerns in a prompt manner
