Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 0-2 years related experience in restaurant or food service
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods during shifts
  • Ability to lift, push, carry, or transfer up to 50 pounds
  • Basic knowledge of POS systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures
  • Reliable and dependable work ethic

Job Qualifications

  • Excellent guest service skills and experience
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues promptly
  • Detail oriented with multitasking ability
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Competent with computer skills, including POS systems
  • 0-2 years related experience
  • Knowledge of restaurant concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Take guest orders utilizing menu knowledge and situational selling techniques
  • Serve food and beverages promptly ensuring items meet company standards
  • Communicate professionally with guests to determine needs and assist with menu selections
  • Inform guests about new promotions and product information
  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of menu items and maintain food quality standards
  • Input orders accurately into the POS system
  • Pre-bus tables and assist with approved side work
  • Practice safe food and beverage handling and clean up appropriately
  • Handle food prep equipment safely
  • Resolve guest complaints effectively involving management as necessary
  • Interact confidently with guests managing crowds and wait times
  • Assist in other job categories as assigned
  • Perform all other duties as assigned
