Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is preferred but not required
- Ability to maintain a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work as part of a team
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Provide safe, friendly, and attentive service to guests
- Take and accurately input guest orders
- Guide guests through the menu with knowledge of food, wine, and fresh ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the work area
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely food and beverage delivery
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues professionally
- Assist in training new servers as needed
