- previous experience in a server or customer service role preferred
- excellent communication skills
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- availability to work flexible schedules including nights weekends and holidays

- ability to maintain cleanliness and organization

Job Qualifications

- knowledge of food and beverage menus including cocktails and wines
- previous experience in a customer service or server role preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- basic math skills for handling payments
Job Duties
- ensuring the guest dining experience is enjoyable well-timed and pleasant
- providing a professional and inviting attitude when interacting with guests and employees
- helping guests select menu items by thoroughly explaining food and beverage options recommending cocktails suggesting courses explaining chef's features and identifying wines
- thoroughly answering all food and beverage preparation questions
- making managers aware of any special accommodations such as specific food allergies prior to reporting to the kitchen
- maintaining cleanliness of tables and dining areas around guests
- completing opening running and closing side work related to job duties
