Job Requirements

  • previous experience in a server or customer service role preferred
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • availability to work flexible schedules including nights weekends and holidays
  • attentiveness to guest needs and food safety
  • ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
  • team-oriented attitude

  • knowledge of food and beverage menus including cocktails and wines
  • previous experience in a customer service or server role preferred
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • ensuring the guest dining experience is enjoyable well-timed and pleasant
  • providing a professional and inviting attitude when interacting with guests and employees
  • helping guests select menu items by thoroughly explaining food and beverage options recommending cocktails suggesting courses explaining chef's features and identifying wines
  • thoroughly answering all food and beverage preparation questions
  • making managers aware of any special accommodations such as specific food allergies prior to reporting to the kitchen
  • maintaining cleanliness of tables and dining areas around guests
  • completing opening running and closing side work related to job duties
