Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to work full-time or part-time hours
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for order processing and transactions
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Willingness to uphold food safety standards and restaurant policies
- Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a fine dining restaurant is preferred but not required
- Strong understanding of guest relations and ability to create positive interactions
- Familiarity with basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
- Knowledge of food safety practices within the food industry
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using OpenTable or similar systems
- Provide detailed menu descriptions and upsell items to enhance the dining experience
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables, maintaining attention to detail
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns promptly
- Adhere to all food safety guidelines and restaurant policies to ensure a safe dining environment
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours
