Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in customer service or hospitality environment preferred
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- basic math skills for handling transactions
- knowledge of food and beverage service standards
- ability to work professionally in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- ability to operate point-of-sale systems
- strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- ability to follow sanitation and safety procedures
- ability to handle cash and credit transactions accurately
Job Duties
- deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in a fun environment
- keep immediate supervisor informed of any problems or unusual matters
- create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- adhere to sanitation procedures
- maintain responsibility for personal bank and ensure accurate financial transactions
- follow alcohol awareness procedures
- assess guest demeanor and report concerns to management
- greet guests promptly and friendly
- accurately take food and drink orders
- maintain thorough menu knowledge and answer guest questions
- enter orders into POS system quickly and properly
- ensure food is properly garnished and delivered to tables
- work quickly following the full hands in, full hands out philosophy
- assist in party setup and breakdown, buss and reset tables
- assist other team members as needed
- complete all sales on personal POS keys and perform station side work
- participate in incentives and contests to promote sales and the brand
- follow portion guidelines for cost control
- check back with guests to ensure satisfaction and maintain drink levels
- keep station clean and set up and take down tables
- maintain favorable working relationships among team members
- communicate effectively with guests to generate enthusiasm about the experience
- operate POS machines correctly and handle credit card transactions
- read and communicate in English
- listen and respond to guest orders and needs verbally and via system
- follow proper dress code and maintain professional appearance
- be at least 18 years old
