  • Must be at least 18 years old to serve alcohol or as per state regulations

  • Obtained all required local, state, and federal certifications
  • Passionate about service and hospitality
  • Proven exceptional time management skills
  • Successful completion of company required training (safety, systems, menu)
  • Ability to operate Point-of-Sale system and handle cash transactions accurately

Job Duties

  • Provide friendly and outgoing customer service to guests
  • Develop strong menu knowledge to suggest and customize guest orders
  • Record guest orders accurately and enter them into the Point-of-Sale system
  • Perform money transactions including making correct change and closing checks
  • Serve multiple tables simultaneously as assigned by management
  • Refill drinks and deliver food promptly using tray service
  • Check guest identification and serve alcoholic beverages following state and local regulations
