- Must be at least 18 years old to serve alcohol or as per state regulations

- Successful completion of company required training (safety, systems, menu)
- Ability to operate Point-of-Sale system and handle cash transactions accurately

Job Duties
- Provide friendly and outgoing customer service to guests
- Develop strong menu knowledge to suggest and customize guest orders
- Record guest orders accurately and enter them into the Point-of-Sale system
- Perform money transactions including making correct change and closing checks
- Serve multiple tables simultaneously as assigned by management
- Refill drinks and deliver food promptly using tray service
- Check guest identification and serve alcoholic beverages following state and local regulations
