Job Description

Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
- Commitment to providing excellent guest service
- Physical ability to stand, bend, stoop, and lift up to 25 pounds frequently
- Ability to wear protective hand and face coverings as required
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to comply with health and safety requirements
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for customer service
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills to handle transactions and tips
- Ability to stand and move for long periods during shifts
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude
- Take customer orders accurately and suggest menu items
- Deliver food and beverages to guests promptly
- Ensure guest satisfaction through attentive service and anticipating needs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any service issues professionally
- Follow health and safety protocols throughout the shift
