Job Description

Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
  • Commitment to providing excellent guest service
  • Physical ability to stand, bend, stoop, and lift up to 25 pounds frequently
  • Ability to wear protective hand and face coverings as required
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Willingness to comply with health and safety requirements

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus but not required
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests
  • Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for customer service
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math skills to handle transactions and tips
  • Ability to stand and move for long periods during shifts

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude
  • Take customer orders accurately and suggest menu items
  • Deliver food and beverages to guests promptly
  • Ensure guest satisfaction through attentive service and anticipating needs
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any service issues professionally
  • Follow health and safety protocols throughout the shift
